When you hold a piece between your fingers, it feels as soft as a sponge cake. Its aroma is very similar to butter and yogurt.
Sorella Asiago Vecchio (Mature Asiago) has an unmistakable flavor with a distinctive, slightly sharp taste. It is straw colored and has a dense, grainy consistency. This cheese, which is rich in protein, is made from partially skimmed milk originating from the all natural Asiago plateau pastures and is matured for one year minimum.
Sorella Fontina Val d’Aosta is made with the milk of cows pasturing in the Alpine mountains of Val d’Aosta. The cheese is matured for a period of 3 months in caves dug out of the rock, and it is then selected for the consumers to offer a unique taste.
Sorella Creamy Dolce Gorgonzola is a creamy and buttery blue cheese, matured for 50 days and originates in the province of Bergamo. The greenish blue penicillin mold imparts a sharp, spicy flavor and provides an excellent contrast to the rich, velvety cheese.
